Pipp Cassidy

Blonde, Balayage and Colour Expert.

Owner and senior stylist Pipp Cassidy is a colour artist! She works passionately to give you the most swoon-worthy and enviable colours on the coast.

An industry trainer and senior stylist at some of the top salons on the Sunshine Coast, Pipp has dreamed up the most luxurious salon with the highest level of customized client experience, and now proudly presents you with The Ivy for Hair.

With an international career spanning over 20 years, Pipp has a formidable reputation for the speed, accuracy and sheer artistry of her foiling and freehand blonding techniques. She produces second-to-none results, and can’t wait to welcome you to The Ivy to begin your luxury salon experience.

Emma

Emma brings 14 years of industry experience to the salon, along with a genuine passion for creativity and connection. She loves taking the time to understand each client and their hair, embracing everything from subtle enhancements to bold transformations. Emma has a particular interest in colour correction, creative fashion shades, blonding techniques, and complete re-styles, making her a go-to for clients ready for a change.

Known for her laid-back and flexible nature, Emma creates a comfortable, welcoming experience in her chair. Whether you’re in the mood for a good chat or prefer a quiet, relaxing appointment, she intuitively adapts to suit your vibe.

Outside the salon, Emma enjoys spending time with her family, especially at the beach or out in nature. She also loves keeping active with fitness and unwinding at home with a great show or movie.

Erica

Erica is a Sunshine Coast local with a special interest in total transformations. Erica has been hairdressing over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to The Ivy team.

Erica has a lovely laid-back personality and when she’s not at work enjoys camping and surfing with her sons.

Callum

Callum is a passionate third-year hairdressing apprentice and emerging stylist who loves helping clients feel confident and look their best. When he’s not in the salon, you’ll usually find him spending time with friends, family, and his dog, May-Lou, or enjoying a bit of retail therapy.

He’s always keeping up with the latest hair trends and creating looks that leave his clients feeling amazing. Callum is all about good vibes, great conversations, and making sure you walk out of the salon absolutely loving your hair.

Abbie

Abbie is our fabulous new school-based apprentice. You will meet Abbie when she is on her industry blocks with us throughout the year. Abbie helps us out around the salon with shampooing, keeping the salon space clean and preparing our delicious coffees.

Didgy

Didgy, otherwise known as Bridgette Bardot, is our gorgeous therapy pup. She is a 3 yr old Miniature poodle and is always ready to offer and receive cuddles with our lovely clients. Didgy has a lovely peaceful and caring nature and will help calm any anxiety our clients may be feeling.
