Pipp Cassidy

Blonde, Balayage and Colour Expert.

Owner and senior stylist Pipp Cassidy is a colour artist! She works passionately to give you the most swoon-worthy and enviable colours on the coast.

An industry trainer and senior stylist at some of the top salons on the Sunshine Coast, Pipp has dreamed up the most luxurious salon with the highest level of customized client experience, and now proudly presents you with The Ivy for Hair.

With an international career spanning over 20 years, Pipp has a formidable reputation for the speed, accuracy and sheer artistry of her foiling and freehand blonding techniques. She produces second-to-none results, and can’t wait to welcome you to The Ivy to begin your luxury salon experience.

Clare

Clare has been hairdressing for 6 years and in the Make-up industry for 8 years. She loves the creativity of her job and enjoys the transformation of people leaving the salon with hair they love.

Clare’s favourite thing to do in salon is blondes and meeting new people and sharing life stories and the confidence boost new hair and makeup gives you.

The Highlight of Clare’s career so far has been creating hair and make-up for various musicians backstage and at the Artist Village at the “Splendour In the Grass Music Festival”.

Clare has a 2 ½ year old side kick who loves to come in and chat to clients and even picks up the broom to help.

Carla

With 30 years and counting in the hair industry… it must be love!

Carla’s dream to become a hairstylist was apparent from a very young age, she followed in her mothers footsteps and worked hard to become an exceptional classical hairstylist.
With time spent in Europe and travelling Carla has seen the world, doing what she loves. Carla is super passionate about education; spending many years of her career teaching apprentices at Tafe before becoming an Educator for Loreal and Kerastase in Peth. Her love of education is evident with her team mates and clients in salon.
Highlights of Carla’s career include having work published in industry magazines and becoming a finalist in a Australian Hairdressing Journal Competition.

Carla loves all aspects of hairdressing with her passion lying in Colour Correction, Formal Styling and Short Haircuts

You can find Carla spending time with her family when not in salon. Her husband, son and Chocolate Lab are her world. Carla’s interests include, yoga, coffee and champagne!

Kayleigh

With 18 years of experience under her belt, Kay's passion for colour and foiling continues to grow.

Kayleigh’s hairdressing journey began in 2005 at home in the Uk. Kayleigh strives for nothing but the best experience for every guest in her chair. Kay loves living in Caloundra with her two beautiful pups Sid and Eric and her long-term partner Liam.
