We are in the new Coles shopping center on Jones Road in Buderim North. There is plentiful parking under shade at the shopping centre.

From the 1st September 2022 we will require a $50 booking fee for all appointments made. This booking fee will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment. If you cancel or change your appointment within the 24 hours immediately before your appointment, the booking fee will not be refunded. If you cancel outside of the 24-hour period before your appointment, we will refund your deposit. Refund will be made via the same transactional format as the deposit.

When a client makes an appointment at The Ivy we set aside a considerable amount of time just for their service. Failure to attend an appointment or cancel last minute significantly effects our appointment structure and also unfairly impacts other clients who have been declined an appointment due to us being fully booked. You can pay your booking fee either by booking online or by Credit Card over the phone at the time you make your booking. Thank you for your understanding and respecting our time as professional stylists.

The smooth running of our salon relies on our clients as much as our stylists. So that we can keep our focus on creating beautiful styles, we rely on your help to ensure bookings go ahead as planned.

At the time of booking your appointment we require a $50 up-front booking deposit. This is to reserve your booking, and comes off the total of your final payment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason we require 24 hours notice, so we have time to rearrange our calendar. Canceling a booking within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes arise, so please call us as soon as you know you will need to reschedule so we can find you an alternative booking time.

No. We greatly value your time and will always endeavour to run on time for your appointment. You can help us by arriving on time; this will result in your appointment being relaxing and enjoyable. Please understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled. This will also result in the loss of your deposit.

At The Ivy we invest time and expertise into a thorough consultation prior to any service. It’s part of what makes us the best in the business. We won’t begin a service until you know the cost and the process and you’ve given the go-ahead.

 

If there is ever an issue with your hair after leaving the salon, please call us within 7 days to discuss your concerns and we will take any action at our discretion.

Most services are completed within 2-3 hours. We will give you an estimation of time during your consultation. Our on-line booking form will also give you an estimation of time.
