05 Do you have bathrooms?
There are fully accessible bathrooms in shopping centre.
06 What if I need to cancel my appointment?
The smooth running of our salon relies on our clients as much as our stylists. So that we can keep our focus on creating beautiful styles, we rely on your help to ensure bookings go ahead as planned.
At the time of booking your appointment we require a $50 up-front booking deposit. This is to reserve your booking, and comes off the total of your final payment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason we require 48 hours notice, so we have time to rearrange our calendar. Canceling a booking within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes arise, so please call us as soon as you know you will need to reschedule so we can find you an alternative booking time.
07 Will you keep me waiting?
No. We greatly value your time and will always endeavour to run on time for your appointment. You can help us by arriving on time; this will result in your appointment being relaxing and enjoyable. Please understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled. This will also result in the loss of your deposit.
08 What if I don’t love my style when I get home?
At The Ivy we invest time and expertise into a thorough consultation prior to any service. It’s part of what makes us the best in the business. We won’t begin a service until you know the cost and the process and you’ve given the go-ahead.
If there is ever an issue with your hair after leaving the salon, please call us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns and we will take any action at our discretion.
09 How long will my style and colour take?
Most services are completed within 2-3 hours. We will give you an estimation of time during your consultation. Our on-line booking form will also give you an estimation of time.
