I experienced my first time at the Ivy and I was treated to the wonderful Kristy for my transformation experience of dark to light. Beautiful modern salon, awesome service from all the team and Kristy was an absolute professional ensuring my first experience was wonderful, comfortable and fun. I felt well cared for, and her attention to detail was spot on. Perfectionism was apparent to ensure I walked out with exactly what I asked for. It was a long session as expected for the process I requested, however went fast as it was filled with incredible conversations on amazing life topics. Never underestimate the adventures and experiences of your hairdresser. There is always something wonderful to learn from asking questions (instead of waiting to be asked) Thank you Kristy. Can’t wait to come back. Will be recommending your wonderful self.

Sophie was outstanding. She took the time to listen to what I was thinking to have done with my hair and then put forward a plan on what she could do. Gave me a price and moved on to a great result. Definitely will return, and they also sell the wonderful Keune Hair products.

Lovely salon & service, staff were welcoming. I was feeling unsatisfied with my hair after returning home after my appointment, I reached out and they did not hesitate to help me fix the situation straight away. Highly recommend

The hairdresser is very friendly and competent, but the owner has no professionalism. We had agreed on another price for a baby's cut, she agreed, and after the cut she had changed the price. Really unprofessional 🙁
